Friends of Børsen is the premier international nonprofit organization dedicated to raising funds for the restoration and preservation of Børsen, one of Copenhagen's most historic and iconic buildings.
Børsen, originally built in the early 17th century, stands as a stunning example of Dutch Renaissance architecture in Denmark. Known for its distinctive spire shaped like the tails of four dragons twined together, it has been a center of commerce and a symbol of Copenhagen’s economic strength. Founded in response to the urgent need for structural restoration and protection against potential damages, Friends of Børsen (FOB) was established to spearhead the conservation efforts.
